Refunds

Unfortunately due to the nature of the method of sales, we cannot offer a refund on sales. However we want all of our customers to be happy, and if there is any reason you are not happy about your purchase, please let us know. If there is a bug, we will of course fix it, at no cost to you. If there is a feature missing, please let us know and we will consider it for the next version of the product.

Installation

Customers are responsible for the installation of all products. Please consult our installation guidelines for help installing the product. It is recommended that you have someone familiar with the development environment. PP is not liable for errors due to installation.

Remote Installation

Perfect Programming offers installation help. This is charged at US$150 per hour.

Troubleshooting

Perfect Programming offers remote troubleshooting policy. If issues are determined to be due to bugs in the product, there will be no charge. If the issues are due to installation errors, or already installed modifications, the charge will be at US$150 per hour.

Bug Fixes

All bug fix releases are free.
