- What: This tool allows you to save data entry effort and errors, by quickly transferring AIF data policies from one AX application to another, without the headache of different document class ID's and document field record ID's. Also, copy data policies from one Action to another, across 1 or many Endpoints, within the same application - If it's the same data structure, you can save time by copying the policies.
- When: During implementation of new AIF document exchanges, testing is required in a test system of new configurations. Once they have tested successfully, they need to be moved to the production system.
- Why: Faster, and removes human error when manually recreating the configuration in the production system
