- What: With the Invoice Activities (INA) tool you can link standard AX activities directly to a Sales Invoice or Purchase Invoice. This is useful for collection activities, where you want to connect an activity (such as a phone call) to a specific invoice which may be overdue, and not just relate it to the general customer or vendor.
- When: You wish you could associate a collection activity directly with one invoice instead of just the general customer record.
- Why: Easily find all activities related to one particular invoice with is overdue and/or in dispute without needing to review the entire list of activities on the customer account.
